How can I make my payment?

Currently, for your security and convenience, all payments are processed by PayPal. This allows you to have a fast and secure checkout experience, however, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account for this. You have the option to pay with your credit card without signing up with PayPal, this option exists right below the section where PayPal users are asked to log in to their account during the checkout process.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change an order, we will be glad to assist you. Please contact us at info@ablemont.com within 24 hours from the time you made the purchase, and include your order ID with the request.

We will not be responsible for any changes or cancellations after the 24 hour period has passed.

What is your returns and refund policy?

As is the standard worldwide practice, we do not allow for returns on any tailor-made products which have been created to a customer’s specifications. Orders that have already been processed and/or dispatched, fall within our no returns policy. Ablemont Designs has the right to refuse any returns, and we are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage with regards to the orders placed on our website.

Shipping Information

How long does delivery take?

In most cases we expect to have your products delivered within three weeks from the date of purchase. In some cases the item may be out of stock, causing a slight delay. If it takes longer than one additional week, we will inform you, giving you the option to change or cancel your order if you wish.

​Ablemont Designs is not responsible for delays arising out of customs clearance at the destination. The customer will have to interact with his or her governing customs department if that turns out to be the case.

Measurement Information

What is the difference between standard sizes and customized fitting for shirts?

Knowing that comfort goes a long way, we want to give our customers full flexibility in choosing the size that really fits them well. That way, not only will your shirts and jackets look great, but they will feel great as well!

If you are ordering shirts, here’s how it works:

Once you navigate to your product page, the Standard Sizes tab appears first. Select your desired fit (either Formal Loose Fit or Slim Fit). A formal loose fit is slightly loose around the chest, waist and hip areas and gives you enough margin to feel at ease throughout the day. A slim fit is slightly tapered around the chest, waist and hip areas to show more body definition.

 

Once, you have made this selection, the next step is to select your Neck (Collar) size. Knowing your neck size is essential when placing an order with us. Once we know your neck size, all other measurements will be assumed based on the guidelines of the American Standard Ready Made Sizes, so please be sure to review the Size Guide on the product page. Based on your selection of Slim or Formal Loose Fit, you will be able to see the final measurements of your shirt on the size chart.

 

If everything looks good, all you need to do is specify whether you would like the Length of the shirt to be Regular (so it can be tucked in comfortably) or if you would like us to make it shorter (so you can wear it outside your pants as well). You can go one step further by clicking the Customize Fitting tab to customize your body measurements such as chest, waist and sleeve sizes. Please note, these are body measurements, not the final shirt measurements. We will give your shirt extra allowance based on your body measurements and the type of fitting you selected initially (Formal Loose Fit or Slim Fit).

 

Please verify the accuracy of your measurements. We take no responsibility for the measurements you provide to us. Please see our guide to measuring for additional information, and then please follow each step. Guidelines are also available on product pages.


You may wish to upload or email a photograph of your body. Our professionals will review the photo and determine the best cut for your shirt. For best results, please include the front, back and side view of your body. And please be sure to include your order ID with your photo(s).

 

If you are ordering jackets or blazers, here's how it works:

On the Standard Sizes tab select your Chest size. All other measurements will be assumed based on the guidelines of the Standard Ready Made Sizes Chart, so please be sure to review the Size Guide on the product page. Here, you will be able to see the final measurements of your jacket or blazer on the size chart.


If you would like to customize your jacket or blazer, you may click on the Customized Fitting tab next. Here you may add or subtract up to 1.5 inches in sleeve and/or length measurement of your jacket or blazer (based on the Standard Ready Made Sizes Chart with reference to your Chest size).

 

You also may wish to upload or email a photograph of your body. Our professionals will review the photo and determine the best cut for your jacket. For best results, please include the front, back and side view of your body. And please be sure to include your order ID with your photo(s).

Do I need to input all options in the Customized Fitting tab?

Ideally, yes. However, you may choose to input what you know as long as it is accurate. Ablemont Designs will not be responsible for the measurements you provide to us! 

Do you have a guide to taking measurements?

Yes, fortunately we do!  You will find the guidelines on our product pages when you click the question mark next to the required measurement information.  For example, if you want to know how to measure your chest you can click on the red questionmark button right next to where chest value is required.

What are your fabrics made out of?

At Ablemont Designs we strongly believe in good quality. Our shirt selection is mostly comprised of high quality cotton fabric and our jackets are crafted from top of the line wool fabrics. We carry a wide range of printed and self-patterned fabrics, from trendy and smart to elegant and formal. Take your pick!

Do the shirts shrink?

Cotton normally does shrink. Even though we use high quality cotton fabrics, it should be noted that you may still see a 2% to 5% shrinkage in some shirts. Depending on the nature of the fabric, results may vary.

Do the shirts come with collar stays?

All shirts come with plastic collar stays, except for button down collars and some special collar cuts.

You would be delighted to learn that your order information, including payment details, are adequately protected by encryption during transmission over 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This is the industry standard measure for security protection.
